Northville Trails
Nestled back off the main road Northville Trails subdivision consists of 88 homes custom homes built. The original builders sold to a waiting list crowd in 1992. Even today, great resale is enjoyed by the homeowners. Strong family values, pride of ownership, great lawns and warm friendly people looking out for their neighbors are still excellent traits enjoyed by the residents of this great subdivision.
Parkstone
This luxurious neighborhood has approximately 68 homes in it that were built between the years of 1994 – 1998. Parkstone is located north of 6 Mile and west of Haggerty and many of the homes have a view of either Parkstone Park or a pond! These gorgeous homes are conveniently located close to major expressways, tons of shopping and fabulous dining options. Top notch lawn care is a welcomed must here!
Brookstone Village
This highly desired Northville neighborhood has approximately 67 homes in the subdivision. Brookstone Village is located south of 6 mile just west of Haggerty Road. These newer homes were built between the years of 1996 – 1998. There is strong pride of ownership in this neighborhood with every homesite well kept and manicured. Northville Colony Estates
Northville Colony estates has approximately 260 homes in the neighborhood that were built in the early 1970’s. Residents of this community enjoy numerous amenities and acitivies year round, some of which include: a Subdivision Garage Sale, a Summer Picnic, a Campout in the Park, a Christmas Party with Santa, and a Holiday Light Contest. The neighborhood also features a common park with a tennis court, basketball court, playground, and a covered pavilion with picnic tables and a fireplace.

In addition, the subdivision was designed to complement Northville area’s Victorian charm, and includes winding sidewalks, lush green lawns and old-fashioned street lamps. This was one of the first communities in the area of this scale that featured high-end homes in the million-dollar price range, and due to its high demand and success, several other communities followed

Acardia Ridge
The Estates of Arcadia Ridge feature natural beauty with rolling hills, lush trees and tranquil ponds. This Pulte built community is south of 6 mile road between Ridge and Beck roads. There are 248 homes in this neighborhood and they were built between 2005-2008.

Minutes from historic downtown Northville, Steeplechase of Northville features 274 homes on generous wooded and rolling home sites in a spectacular setting. Northville Ridge
Northville Ridge subdivision is just past Ridge Rd and just before 6 Mile Rd turns into a dirt road. So it is west of Ridge Rd and South of 6 Mile Rd on the western edge of Northville and Wayne County. It has approximately 356 homes in it. The homes were built during the years of 2004 until 2010. There were still empty lots in 2010 in the western most part of the subdivision.
